If you have purchased for a department: Everybody in your department will use the same username and password to log in, so choose something everybody can remember. All fields are required. For “First name” enter your city/department name, and for “Last name” enter Fire, or Fire and Rescue, etc.

After creating your account you will automatically be logged in. You will also be sent an email with a few more instructions so please be sure to find that (it may go to junk).
